Simple rules.
Better conversations.
viSTyn is a place for websites, roleplay, digital products and imaginative worlds. You do not have to be a client or a professional to join in. Just treat people and their work with care.
These rules sit alongside Discord’s Community Guidelines ↗ and Terms ↗. You must meet Discord’s age requirements to use the server.
Be decent to each other.
No harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, bullying, sexual harassment or targeting someone because of who they are. Disagreement is fine; personal attacks and dogpiling are not. Respect names, boundaries and a request to stop.
Protect privacy and safety.
Do not share anyone’s personal details, private messages, ticket contents, client files or screenshots without permission. Do not impersonate people, send phishing links, malware or scam offers, or ask anyone for passwords or payment card details. If something feels unsafe, tell the team privately.
Respect the work behind the work.
Share your own projects and ideas, credit creators when you share theirs, and get permission before reposting or using somebody else’s art, code, maps or resources. No pirated scripts, leaked assets or claims that another creator’s work is yours. Give feedback that helps someone improve, rather than tearing them down.
Keep the conversation easy to follow.
Use the right channel for your post. Avoid message floods, excessive pings, repeated tags or unsolicited promotional DMs. Share your own links or server invites only where a channel allows it or staff have said yes. Do not pressure people to buy, join or collaborate.
Use tickets for private enquiries.
Open a project or store support ticket for quotes, commissions, purchases, downloads and order questions. Keep order numbers, personal details and files out of public channels. Include the relevant information once and give the team time to reply; opening duplicate tickets will not move a request ahead. Leave room for discovery.
Mark campaign, game and story spoilers with Discord’s spoiler formatting, especially for ongoing projects. Put a brief content warning before distressing themes. Do not post explicit sexual content or graphic gore. If a discussion is getting heated or uncomfortable, step back or ask staff to help.
Let moderators handle problems.
Staff may move or remove posts, issue a warning, timeout or remove an account depending on the situation. Serious safety issues may lead to immediate removal. Do not evade a block or ban, encourage a pile-on or argue a moderation case in a public channel. If you think a decision was wrong, contact staff privately.

Use a help ticket in Discord or email vistynstudios@gmail.com. Include a message link or screenshot if you have one, and share only what is needed. For conduct that breaks Discord’s platform rules, you can also report it to Discord ↗.
